Boards N' More is committed to customer satisfaction and we stand by our products and service. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, return it to us within 30 days, unused, for a full refund of the product price. After 30 days, store credit will be issued.

Return Process

  1. Complete a Return Form & contact customer service:

  2. Mail item back in original packaging sealed, labels, & tags
  3. Skateboards must not be assembled completes or grip-taped
  4. All Skateboard Decks are not guaranteed unless there is a manufacturer defect which includes delaminating, misdrilled holes, or cracks prior to usage
  5. We do not refund special orders
  6. A 10% restocking fee applies for all snowboard and wakeboard returns

We are not responsible for lost returns and we do not accept COD deliveries. Please allow two to three weeks for processing your return. To avoid lost packages, please get a tracking number.

Please complete the return form found by clicking here and call or email us for an Return Authorization number (RA#) to put on the package for returns. No return packages will be accepted without an RA#. Then send the package to:
